    In order to gain maximum benefit from the training workshops we conduct training needs analysis so that we can provide customized training as well as are able to choose appropriate methods of learning for different individuals in an organization. As people tend to learn more effectively in their specific ways, we need to identify the styles of different people to try and match their style with an appropriate form of training.

    Spark Training and Development Philosophy consist of the following:

    Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - Main objective of the TNA is to find out what are the real requirements or training needs of the organisation? As different organizations has different working environment, so we can make trainings more relevant by studying working environment and culture of the organization. It is a fact that no two organisations are alike and no two training requirements are the same therefore, a comprehensive TNA, should be conducted before every training programme.
    Using the Reinforcement Principle to increase learning effectiveness and skill acquisition – This involves:

    • Pre-workshop interaction using e-learning techniques
    • Intensive interpersonal interaction and active learning during the workshop
    • Post-workshop interaction and continuing the learning experience through further e-learning techniques
    • Periodical review and updating
    Learning by Doing -

    approach focused on maximum trainee involvement, that is reason each training module of our training workshop is based on very interactive activity based learning. We believe on learning by doing principal, that’s why most part of our training is based on use of activities, case studies, role-plays and simulations to maximize skill acquisition and make the training program a fun and enjoyable experience.
