Getting Started With My Yahoo!

Introducing My Yahoo! Getting to My Yahoo! Quick Start

Introducing My Yahoo!

Does this describe you even a little? While sipping your morning beverage, you thumb through the newspaper reading your favorite sections. When you sit at your desk, you check Yahoo! News for the latest stories, scan your favorite blogs for the latest trends, open Yahoo! Weather to get the scoop before heading outside... OK, you get the picture. You spend lots of time jumping around Web pages to bring yourself up to date on the world and your interests. Why not let Yahoo! simplify your life by using My Yahoo!?

My Yahoo! is your personal gateway to your frequently visited pages in Yahoo! and the Web. You personalize it and choose what you want to see, like email, news, weather, stock prices, sports scores, TV and movie listings, and much more, all in one place. It's like having an assistant to bring you your favorite sections of the newspaper and tell you about your mail and appointments for the day.

You add content of your choice to your page. Content in My Yahoo! can be news items, access to your Yahoo! Address Book, entertainment gossip, and more. Each type of content is organized into a module on your page which you can then move within the page and to different pages. That’s right, you can have more than one page. With up to 9 pages, you can dedicate a page to a specific interest, like cooking or sports.

In addition to having your choice of content, My Yahoo! includes Quicklinks to Yahoo! Services, such as Games and Maps.

As you can see, My Yahoo! is the only way to go when it comes to keeping track of your interests.
