Job Description

Install/update/patch a Linux system, packages, libraries, softwares, etc. · Install/config/manage : Sendmail, Apache (includes setting up SSL, security, etc), ftp, mysql, firewall. · Needs to setup/manage daily backups and be prepared to restore any system in case of crash. And any other assignments relating to the JOB REQUIRMENTS given below.

· Ability to install/update/patch a Linux system, packages, libraries, softwares, etc. · Install/config/manage : Sendmail, Apache (includes setting up SSL, security, etc), ftp, mysql, firewall, ssh/scp in Xen and Keenu · Knowledge of shell scripting, Perl/Python, C/C++, web-based languages. · Must understand Squid proxy server, reverse proxy and web cache · Capable of using Red hat ES/Fedora/CentOs Linux · Ability to work in a team-like environment essential
