1- Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures 2- Performs administrative work related to employee benefits programs that include Workers' Compensation, retirement, long-term disability, health care, life insurance, and employee assistance. 3- Gathers information prepares reports, recommendations, or correspondence on specific subjects regarding the performed activities 4- Provide assistance in administering employee benefits and compensation plans. 5- assist in other phases of the personnel function including employee orientation, development, in-service and related training, and affirmative action 6- Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties. 7- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. . 8- Gather personnel records from other departments and/or employees 9- Keeps record of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. 10- Other duties as assigned
