General Skills: Should be an Engineering or IT Graduate. Should have 5 - 6 years experience Should have 2 full cycle implementation Should have good analytical skills Should have good command in English Should be able to present well Should have worked in a multi cultured environment. Should be able to work independently Functional Consultant Skills: Should have functional experience in one of the following modules in Oracle Apps - Finance OR - Order Management OR - CRM OR - Supply Chain OR - Project Management OR - HR & Payroll Process mapping, functional gapping, solution architecting, implementation skills Technical Consultant Skills: Should have good technical skills in Forms & Reports Should have customisation experience of Forms, Reports, Work flow etc. Should have interface, data download, upload experience Should know coding standards and AIM Methodology
