A high profile Dubai-based wealth management firm is seeking a dynamic and energetic IT Support Specialist to manage the IT helpdesk. Reporting to the IT Director, your responsibilities will include; • Prioritizing all requests received according to the hierarchy set by the IT Director; • Maintaining the IT asset register, logging all IT assets and link to users and store room; • Providing frontline support for desktop applications, including MS Office, Blackberry, Bloomberg, Reuters, mobile, printers and photocopiers; • Configuring new computers and laptops; • Providing cover on a Friday in a roster of every three weeks.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with MS qualifications and 2 years experience in a similar role. You will have relevant experience in Microsoft XP, Office, Blackberry, Adobe, HP Printers, IBM desktops and Sony laptops. You will have outstanding managerial, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills to work in this dynamic environment.
