Responsible for co-ordination of their technical areas and coordination with other discipline specialists where areas interface or overlap. Review & approve/endorse contractor’s deliverables. To fully understand technical requirements and scope of the project and to provide input of these requirements into the design work and deliverables of the contractors. To monitor the quality of progress of the contractors. Review, comment and endorse all concessions and deviations requests from contractors.
