• Facilitate consistent and fair implementation of HR policies and procedures at the plant. • Provide the plant management and staff with the necessary guidance and interpretation on all HR related matters. • Facilitate communication among employees and management within the guidelines of Industrial Relations regulations. • Guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance. • Ensure proper implementation of the performance management system and provide the necessary facilitation and support in that exercise. • Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities. • Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. • Handle staffing needs at the plant site for both technical and non-technical positions. • Attend to employees’ inquiries on compensation & benefits. • Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. • Support the goal of establishing the human capital of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals. • Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR practice and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization. • Guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance. • Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts. • Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
