• Gathering, validating, and designing requirements. Develop new customizations in design, documentation, testing and training. • Identify business system requirements and related business application solutions over a complete business process and implement the process improvements to increase organizational capabilities. • Involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. Identify problems, research alternatives, prepare presentations, drive solutions, test to confirm, gain consensus and implements solutions for multiple module implementations within multiple functions. • Applying a strong background in end-user support and in-depth functional knowledge of ERP modules to align existing business systems and processes to Oracle systems. • Translating business requirements into system definitions and solutions and in aid in the development of new customization by design, documentation, testing and training. • Performing unit, integration and end to end testing of solutions to ensure that the system is functionally stable. • Involved in the security/administration set-up and related documentation. • Liaison between the Finance/Projects and HR user groups and the appropriate IT business application team.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field and 4 years experience performing implementation of Oracle 11i ERP. • Functional knowledge of Oracle 11i E-Business suite modules (GL, Assets, Payables, Receivables, Purchasing, Payroll, HR, OTL) • Experience with functional module setup and functional module interfaces. • Functional knowledge of Oracle reporting tools: FSG, Oracle 9i Discoverer, ADI. • HR, Payroll, purchasing, budgeting and accounting knowledge to provide day-to-day month end and reconciliation support for the operations of Oracle E-Business Suite System. • Knowledge of developing and managing sophisticated reports in FSG and Discoverer. • Knowledge of the security/administration set-up • Project management skills and Oracle ERP project cycle knowledge.
