• Review network planning, development, operations and maintenance strategic plans and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. • Provide input for the development of company's Business plan for the network area. • Report on the performance of core network (planning), network services (VAS / IN), IP / MPLS and network operation. • Coordinate with Commercial and Business Development general managers on delivering initiatives aimed at delivering (new) services and at improving the delivery of these services. • Review and approve initiatives proposed by network planning and development or by network operations and maintenance to enhance the performance of their processes and the delivery of their services. • Coordinate with Finance on all financial matters related to the Networks Group. • Cultivate and drive a service focused culture. • Monitor work of Network group employees Provide feedback and participate in recruiting, performance management, career management and personnel development process based on MTC internal processes and policies. • Encourage and regulate internal and external communication and create a collaborative working environment.
