• Developing comprehensive strategy for growing marketplace operations through effective branding, concerted selling, efficient customer service and competent service/consulting solutions; • Driving company revenues from the marketplace through effective selling, efficient management of operations, consulting solutions and leveraged service delivery; • Leading and managing the performance of the company’s international operations through franchise partners; • Developing long and short term tactical plans to implement the strategy and achieve targets for revenue, growth and profitability; • Providing leadership and vision for building a culture of customer - focused team; • Monitoring the performance of the company marketplace through appropriate indices and scorecards; • Ensuring development and implementation of effective policies, processes, systems and standards in all the areas; • Leading the development of new business opportunities through the identification of new products and services, new markets and new customers; • Being an acknowledged specialist for supply chain management and providing thought leadership on electronic commerce to various forums within the region; • Contributing to negotiations as required; • Developing customer relationships and building confidence through sustained interaction with key decision - makers and in depth industry and supply chain knowledge; • Developing pricing strategies and engagement models; • Coaching, motivating and guiding the marketplace team in achieving growth targets; • Ensuring commercial focus on all functions to manage cost and resources; • Planning and implementing ongoing skill building for the marketplace team to enhance competencies; • Collaborating with all other company functions to ensure efficient interface and service delivery to the customer; • Supervising sales, customer service, Consulting Service Director and franchise development functions; • Systematically building knowledge management capabilities of the organization in own area

• You will have strong operational experience in Oracle, SAP or a prominent IT firm. Excellent managerial and communication skills are essential to the role.
