1. Coordinates and prioritizes team workload. 2. Provides training and guidance to staff members. 3. Acts as a point of contact for hardware break/fix related issues. 4. Support hardware delivery process by configuring, packing, shipping and ensuring delivery of hardware to customers/IT technicians. 5. Support break/fix process by receiving broken assets/parts/peripherals, fixing, configuring, packing, shipping and delivering working equipment to customers/IT technicians. 6. Responsible of reporting to asset management all assets received at the SDC via break/fix and/or returns, as well as all assets being issued from the warehouse following established procedures either pushing GSS tickets or via email notifications. 7. Ensures time deliveries to/from break/fix vendors. 8. Responsible of keeping warehouse inventories accurate and maintaining min/max levels of stock and surplus of assets/parts and peripherals within the established figures any given time. 9. Responsible of highest quality level of service and/or the accomplishment of SLO’s during the hardware delivery process by ensuring quality control at the reception, service, configuration, shipping and delivery of hardware to customers/IT Technicians. 10. Assists maintaining break/fix vendor relations. 11. Ensures customer satisfaction by keeping close communication with customers/IT Technicians during the break/fix and/or shipping process. 12. Responsible of keeping historical information of assets/parts/peripherals received/issued to/from warehouse. 13. Participates in stock/surplus forecast calculation by providing feedback to management when it is required. 14. Reviews warehouse procedures and ensures staff follow them properly, provide feedback to management when it is required and ensures the establishment of new procedures when required. 15. Responsible for maintaining and keeping up good standards of Health, Safety and being environmentally conscious within warehouse staff members.

3-5 years of experience in desktop support as well as at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Experience in logistics is also desired.
