Note that, in most cases, you do not need to be an active premium services subscriber to verify your identity using your credit card number. The only requirement is that you should enter the same credit card number that you added to your Yahoo! Wallet in order to pay for products or services on Yahoo! in the past. If you have deleted the credit card from your Yahoo! Wallet, you will be unable to verify your identity using that credit card.
