Our offices and primary data center are located twenty miles to the West of New York City in Ringwood, New Jersey. We own and maintain our data center to ensure the highest possible level of support and flexibility for our clients. Internet connectivity and power is multi-homed and serviced by two separate and distinct LEC's to ensure the highest availability.  The data center and all equipment is proactively monitored. System Administrators are HIPPA trained and certified to ensure protection and confidentiality of your system. Webtastic is a certified ITIL practioner also adheres to the ITIL standards and process to ensure rapid problem determination and resolution. Should a catastrophic event occur we have also have ancillary data center arrangements in Princeton, NJ.
