To play the word verification, click on the accessibility icon. You'll hear a list of numbers. Type the numbers in as you hear them. If you're unable to hear the numbers, please make sure that your sound card is enabled and that the volume is turned on. If you're using external speakers, check that they're properly connected to your computer.

Note that your browser must support the WAV file format in order to play the numbers in the word verification. All Windows machines should support WAV files. If you're on a Mac or Linux machine, you may need to use a browser plugin to listen to the word verification.
