"The stage-managed tour appeared aimed at countering global criticism of the junta's failure to provide for survivors of Cyclone Nargis, which left at least 134,000 people dead or missing."
Bwa ha ha. Junta, what a joke.
"Just keep the support at bay while we help our own people die. What? We're doing a great job."
i don't have a problem with the US baling out countries nor helping there populations in need, but why do we have to go over the top with aid, why does my tax money Go to a country's aid when that country hates our guts and on the reverse would careless if the American people every suffered. I am just asking why are we always balling out the very people that installed such a races hateful government the very government that Killed several monks and sealed off there temples two years ago. why?
This is the most rediculous, stupid thing I have ever heard on youtube, and I have heard some stupid things on here. I am sooo glad I am not related to your genetically inferior ass.
Yeah right. And it's only the USA that does this. At least, that's how you see it because you are only subjected to a US media that is only ever interested in US issues. You only get to hear about it when the US does something. We all do our bit, but we don't feel it necessary to rub it in all the time. We helped the victims of your St Louis fiasco while your adminstration stood by. If helping these people bothers you so much, then do something about it, and stop whinging.
MYANMAR (formerly Burma) - Operation Blessing International is one of the only international NGOs on the ground, bringing relief to the victims of Cyclone Nargis. In this first-hand report, OBI staff travel deep into a remote village to deliver rice and water purification tablets.
HOW YOU CAN HELP: Be a part of OBI's ongoing disaster relief efforts that are helping to bring food, water, and medical aid to Myanmar's cyclone victims by making an online donation today.
